A private walking tour through bridges, alleyways and squares, with three main stops.
Stop 1: Ponte di Rialto
Rialto
The walking tour continues on foot to the Ponte di Rialto, with time to take pictures of the breathtaking canal views. The bridge takes its name from the nearby market and was first built in 1250, entirely in wood. Its peculiar shape allows tall boats to pass, which mattered most beside the market, where cargo boats brought in the daily produce, meat and cheese.
Stop 2: Church of San Giovanni Crisostomo
Neighborhood church
Visit the small Church of San Giovanni Crisostomo, with its beautiful altar by the Renaissance artist Giovanni Bellini. Venice was a center of Renaissance art, and the route covers many periods of the city’s art and political history in its hidden alleys and canals.
Stop 3: Campo Santa Maria Formosa
Hidden alleys
A walk through the maze of Venice’s small alleyways leads to Campo Santa Maria Formosa, one of the city’s most fascinating squares. This unique area has 11 bridges and numerous architectural masterpieces, among them Palazzo Querini Stampalia, once home to the glorious Querini family.

Yes. Your guide is for your group only, which is why pricing is quoted by group size.
How does the group pricing work?
Pricing is per person and depends on group size: 690 USD for one traveler, 350 USD each for two, 270 USD each for three, 225 USD each for four and 199 USD each for five or more. Prices change with the season and the month, so ask us for the exact price for your travel dates.
What is included in the price?

How much walking is involved?
The tour is on foot, through bridges, small alleyways and squares, so comfortable shoes are a good idea. Ask us about the pace and length of the day when you request your quote.
